1. File has not been released anywhere to the best of my knowledge.
2. File contains secret initiation ceremony of Alpha-Chi-Sigma chemistry fraternity. Nothing strikes me as blatantly illegal, but the document seems to suggest this fraternity values mysticism as much as they value science. Also, I found it interesting that Allah is mentioned more than a few times. Finally, the document gives insight into what goes on in these "secret" organizations in general.
3. Primary audience is probably scientists or students.
4. All instances of the fraternity's name/letters have been removed from the document and replaced by blanks. However, in part 9 page 5 the name "Adelphoi Chemeean Sopheea" appears - presumably this is an oversight, as it gives away the name of the fraternity. Document is authentic, due to the organization's secrecy verification may be difficult.
5. Document was obtained in electronic format by a non-member in late 2007. Poor security measures are partly to blame for the leak. Document was being distributed for an upcoming initiation ceremony.
6. Document does not need to be published urgently. It actually looks quite old, but is apparently the version that the fraternity still uses.
A few of the pages are very low quality but still legible.
